Fabric Customization

It is usually made of cotton or slightly blended yarns and belongs to knitted terry fabric (three-thread weft-inserted), with the front being a knitted texture and the inside being loops. The best cotton in China is Xinjiang cotton. Due to its unique geographical environment, Xinjiang cotton has long fibers, high toughness, and good quality.
After combing, the short cotton fibers and impurities are removed, producing smoother yarns. The cotton fibers become more resilient and less likely to pill, and the cotton quality becomes more stable.
To further enhance the comfort of hoodies, the fabric should undergo brushing treatment, preferably carbon brushing. Carbon brushing uses carbon fiber abrasive filaments to create a peach-fuzz texture without damaging the fabric's strength, without lint, edge curling, or fluff residue. For dyed fabrics, it produces no obvious color difference.
Finally, the fabric undergoes soft-washing treatment, which further increases comfort. After skin contact, the wearer will remember this feeling.
