We conduct weight testing on all customer fabrics, using professional testing equipment and precise methods for strict measurement of fabric weight. Every step follows standard protocols to ensure the accuracy of weight data, providing critical quality references for garment production and ensuring that the fabric meets standards for thickness and texture.

Garment pattern designers, with their exceptional skills, translate creative designs into precise patterns, meticulously controlling dimensions and fit. They are proficient in brand-specific pattern design and fabric characteristics, playing a crucial role in ensuring the quality of garments produced in our factory. OEM and ODM designers have their own specialized paper pattern designers, with over 15 years of experience in OEM and ODM projects.

The fabrics we procure undergo a high-temperature sterilization and shrinkage process, which is crucial for the stability of garment dimensions and the wearing experience. This step helps prevent any issues with the sizes of finished garments and is an important part of ensuring the quality of the clothing.

Our cutting craftsmen are highly experienced and understand the characteristics of all fabrics. Their cutting techniques are precise and meticulous, ensuring that each cut is accurate. The resulting fabric pieces have regular shapes, smooth edges, and clean, straight lines, facilitating a smoother sewing process for the garments. We have an efficient team of over 80 sewing workers with more than 15 years of experience in the garment industry. They are familiar with the characteristics of various fabrics and meticulously sew each piece together, checking every seam to ensure that the stitches are neat, secure, and free of issues like skipped or broken threads. They also conduct visual inspections of the finished garments to ensure they meet high-quality standards.

We use advanced steam iron equipment, and our pressing craftsmen have years of experience. They understand the characteristics of various fabrics and meticulously smooth out every detail, ensuring that creases are crisp and properly pressed. They strictly control the temperature and time during the ironing process to avoid damaging the garments. After being handled by our pressing specialists, the clothes have a clean, beautiful, and tidy appearance, ensuring high-quality standards for the finished garments.

We have a professional inspection team that conducts six rounds of 100% quality checks on finished garments. This includes a comprehensive visual inspection for details such as loose threads, color, texture, dimensions, flatness, and symmetry. We ensure that the garments are free from stains, damage, and deformation, with clear and uniform textures. Any issues are promptly addressed and corrected to ensure the quality of the clothing products meets our standards. Strict quality control is essential.

Each garment undergoes strict inspection to ensure product quality. We package according to international standards, placing each item in its own bag with size and color information. We can also attach customized tags provided by our clients. Packing will be categorized according to customer requirements, with boxes labeled with color, size, volume, and dimensions.
